AI may assist with artifact organization, format consistency, and documentation completeness, but it does not score work and does not make evaluative judgments.
Pricing
One Hiring Decision: $2,999 one-time for up to 3 shortlisted candidates on the same role-calibrated work scenario, published evaluation standard, QA when reviewers disagree, and a decision-ready Signal Summary. Ongoing Hiring: from $24,000 per year. Enterprise: custom. Signal Review: $2,999 for a single finalist, available on request. Calibration Session: $299, a one-hour working session, fully credited toward a hiring decision booked within 30 days. If TheSignal does not influence your hiring decision, you do not pay. Tell us within 14 days and we refund you in full.
