Finalists complete a role-calibrated work scenario, most often between final interviews and the offer. Every submission is scored by two SignalVerified Certified Reviewers, with quality assurance resolving any variance, against the 4.0 SignalVerified Evaluation Standard. TheSignal is delivered within 72 hours of candidate submission.

What You Get
TheSignal: a human-reviewed evidence brief with scores across Relevance, Mastery, Communication, and Collaboration, reasoning, and a performance level of Verified, Emerging, or Developing. AI may assist with artifact organization, format consistency, and documentation completeness, but it does not score work and does not make evaluative judgments.
Pricing
One Hiring Decision: $2,999 one-time for up to 3 finalists on the same role-calibrated work scenario, two independent human reviewers, quality assurance when reviewers disagree, and a 72-hour turnaround. Additional finalist: $999. Evidence-Based Hiring Program: from $24,000 per year. Enterprise: custom. Signal Review: $2,999 for a single finalist, available on request. Calibration Session: $299, a one-hour working session, fully credited toward a hiring decision booked within 30 days. If TheSignal does not influence your hiring decision, you do not pay. Tell us within 14 days and we refund you in full.
